Virtual Therapy

At some point, we all need help processing and sorting out the details of our lives. I have been in the clinical field for almost twenty years and pride myself on the breadth of experiences and knowledge I’ve gained along the way. I take a trauma informed approach to address issues like depression, anxiety, relationship problems and addiction through cognitive-behavioral, harm reduction interventions. I also provide trauma specific interventions such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Flash. Virtual therapy has its pros and cons and may not be appropriate for everyone depending on the severity of your problem and/or personal preference. Avoiding commute times and interruption to your day, virtual therapy can be the perfect solution to incorporate self-care into your life. Typically meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Corporate Consultation

The world is pretty chaotic right now and maintaining an effective workplace environment can be challenging. With more than a decade of experience in program development and what it takes to improve and maintain staff morale, reduce turnover and improve communication and program efficiency, Thomas Clinical Solutions can identify and help resolve workplace problems. Online and in-person, TCS will meet with leadership and front-line staff to determine what is contributing to morale, retention and/or efficiency problems.  We will work together to create a path forward towards more effective work systems.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation

I have been supervising burgeoning Social Workers for clinical licensure since 2015. I love it so much, I started teaching the required course for clinical supervision soon after. I love the opportunity to pay it forward in such a rewarding profession. My diverse clinical background makes me a pretty good fit for most LMSWs needing clinical supervision.  I’m here to help cultivate your clinical skills and prepare you for your clinical exam and a lifetime of clinical experiences.  Already licensed but need clinical consultation?  I can help with that too.
